To Float in the Rain

Billowing clouds gather near the mountains  
The wind blows at the long dead cactus flowers.  
A distant wind chime is heard far away.  
 
She sits at the edge of a cliff,  
Looking across the barren wasteland.  
She was pondering life,  
As she had done centuries before.  
 
The weather being hot,  
No one dares venture out.  
She is the immortal.  
She does not feel.  
 
She is beyond all beauty;  
The most beautiful do not compare.  
But she does not care.  
She jumps from her perch,  
 
To float to the ground,  
in the pouring rain.

sooo.... how is everyone?

I'm great. Just finished registering for all my classes (I've told the story one too many times, so I'm not going to again).

Summer -- Fundamentals of Chemistry (the only reason I'm taking it is because I have to have it for Anatomy and Physiology 2),

Fall -- Anatomy and Physiology 1 ; Interculutural Communications ; and Introduction to Health Sciences.

*does happy dance* this is way awesome. I can't wait to start school. I want my nursing degree, damnit!! lol.

Got a new point and shoot camera. It's a Sony DSC W200. It takes some pretty damn good pictures; I'll have to upload some of them and post them on here.

I got it from way back when everyone was goin nuts about those "elven name translators." My name in elven was Calencirithiel. And I shortened it to Cirith. And thus making it cool (haha) with an "X". lol.

OMG you live in Palm Desert! My mom use to work there. I use to live out in Palm Springs and for a while in Kathedral City. Someday I'd like to move back.
